Welcome to BluePay. These terms and conditions govern your use of the BluePay platform, lanyards, QR codes, checkout links, and dashboards. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in full.
2. Gratuity Platform Definition
BluePay is a ledger service designed to facilitate cashless gratuities (tips) from drivers (payers) to verified car guards and security personnel (payees). BluePay does not employ guards directly, nor does it control their shifts, parking operations, or employment contracts.
3. Cash Bridge & Reimbursement
Venues act as our physical cash-out bridges. Clear ledger balances registered to guards are paid out in cash from the venue registers at shift end. BluePay settles the aggregated cleared balances back to the venue bank account via bulk EFT.
